Before working with Nathan, we were an organization that was stuck. We weren’t sure how to define who we were, or how to figure out what direction we wanted to take. To complicate matters, our culture, leadership structure, and support base had all changed, and we needed something that would help us gain a clearer sense of our identity and mission.

Working with a team of RCM stakeholders, Nathan was really able to distill not only the essence of who we are, but also to help us very effectively articulate what it is that we do. Most importantly, he asked questions and listened carefully, and then came up with a strategy and messaging that we felt really encapsulated our vision for ourselves as an organization.

This has been a game changer for those of us in the organization as well as those outside of the organization whose support we need.

We are unquestionably in a better place for having worked with Nathan.
