When I first came to the strategy workshop I was somewhat skeptical—I didn’t really understand why making changes to our brand, which was widely known and recognized throughout our industry was important, or how working on evolving our brand would be meaningful or helpful for our company. As we went through the process, however, I came to understand that brand is really about perception, and that perception was the thing that we were really struggling with.

I very much appreciated that Nathan asked meaningful questions that ultimately helped us to articulate our goals. He understood that we didn’t want to change, we wanted to evolve. He did an exceptional job of listening to us, but most of all hearing and understanding what we were saying. By the end, we were able to very effectively demonstrate our ‘driven by what’s inside’ mentality, thereby helping to enhance the next evolutionary period of our growth.
